Dudo que lo fuera para muchos y una vez más no entiendo porqué no se suspendió desde el día anterior los colegios y mayoría de trabajos para evitar que el caos fuese de tal magnitud. No es necesario ser un experto en meteorología para saber que iba a llover y mucho.
